We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all physical WeeAlarm products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused or only lightly used and in its original condition.
- All original packaging and accessories must be included.
Note: Items showing significant wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
Exclusions
- Downloadable and Virtual Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds on downloadable or virtual items.
